[Refunds Policy]

The goods sold by the Company are non-refundable.

[Replacement / Exchange Policy]

Request must be done within ten (10) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

1) Serious damage such as cracking or broken, missing piece, goods specification or design are seriously inconsistent with the order.

2) Should there be any discrepancy of Items delivered kindly notify the Company by submitting photos of the defect item to crystalmania2010@gmail.com

Upon verification, the Customer may proceed to return the defect item to the Company for replacement purposes and postage costs shall be borne by the Company.

3) The Company reserve the right to reject any deemed unfit or unreasonable request.

4) The customer may request to exchange the defect item with another same value item or a higher value item and make payment for the difference in amount.
there is no cash refund if the Customer chooses a lower value item.

Natural crystal products (such as strings, pendants, ornaments, etc.), gemstones, and bare fossils all have their own natural characteristics.

Fog, slight ice cracks, natural lines, surface pits and spots (such as meteorites, tourmaline alias tourmaline, ghost crystal, hair crystal, etc.) are natural flaws hence the request for exchange is not including these items.

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

The Customer accepts and abides by this policy (agreement) upon order and payment received by the Company.
